SGA scope
Spelinspektionen, the Swedish Gambling Authority, regulates the licensed Swedish online-gaming market. Operators serving Swedish residents must connect to Spelpaus.se (the central self-exclusion register) and report transaction-level activity to the authority.
Our scope under SGA technical supplier authorisation covers platform, wallet, reporting and the Spelpaus.se integration — operators retain the player-facing licence and consumer-protection obligation.
Spelpaus.se integration
Real-time check against Spelpaus.se on every login, deposit and play attempt. Confirmed entries are blocked at the wallet layer, with signed receipts in the evidence vault for SGA audit.
Periodic re-sync of the Spelpaus.se register every operator-configurable interval; default cadence is hourly to match SGA expectations.
Path from MGA to SGA
MGA-licensed operators already running with us have most of the evidence work done. SGA adds the Spelpaus.se integration, the Swedish-specific reporting schema and a stricter bonus-marketing controls model — all of which sits on top of an existing audit-ready stack rather than replacing it.
