DGOJ scope
The DGOJ (Dirección General de Ordenación del Juego) regulates online gaming in Spain, with detailed technical guidelines (Resolución de 19 de febrero de 2021) covering RNG certification, control internal systems and consumer-protection controls.
Our scope under DGOJ supplier authorisation covers platform, aggregation, wallet, bonus and reporting layers — operators retain the player-facing licence and the consumer-protection obligation.
What's already in place
Game-software certification by DGOJ-accepted laboratories. SCJ (Sistema de Control y Juego) data-mart alignment so the operator's own SCJ submission is direct, not retrofitted from CSV exports.
Spanish-language consumer-protection controls (límites, autoexclusión, registro de jugadores) exposed via the platform for operator configuration.
Path from MGA / SRIJ to DGOJ
Operators already running with us under MGA or SRIJ have the bulk of the evidence work done — DGOJ adds Spain-specific schema mapping, RGIAJ (registro general de interdicciones) integration and CCJ reporting cadence on top of an existing audit-ready stack.
