Under the MGA Critical Supplier regime, any service that materially impacts a B2C operator's regulatory posture must be delivered by an approved supplier. Our aggregation, wallet and reporting services fall under that perimeter.
The operator remains the primary licensee; our role is to guarantee that every dependency we supply is regulator-visible and audit-ready.
What we deliver under this licence
Game aggregation with signed RNG certification per provider, wallet with full transaction ledger, bonus engine with targeting rules visible to the regulator, and a shared reporting data mart aligned to MGA's reporting schema.
EU passporting footprint
Malta remains the most passportable EU jurisdiction for our target verticals. Several of our operator clients use the MGA licence as their anchor while operating localised licences in Portugal (SRIJ), the Netherlands (KSA) and Spain (DGOJ).
