ADM (Agenzia delle Dogane e dei Monopoli) supervises Italian licensed gaming via the concessione GAD framework. The regulator imposes detailed technical specifications around game certification, transactional logging and consumer-protection controls.
Our scope under ADM covers platform supply: game aggregation, wallet, bonus engine, reporting and the Italian-specific reporting schema (SOGEI integration on the operator side).
What's already in place
RNG and game-software certification by GLI / BMM laboratories aligned with ADM's accepted-labs list. Italian-language reporting templates and consumer-protection controls (auto-exclusion, deposit limits, reality checks) exposed for operator configuration.
Documentation pack ready for the operator's concessione GAD submission, including evidence vault entries scoped to the ADM audit cycle.
Timeline & operator implications
Active engagement with ADM-aligned testing labs is in motion; operators planning Italian launches can start the integration in the EU sandbox today and crossover to ADM-formatted reporting on day one of supplier approval.
